Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

After many years of insomnia, with an average of 3-4 hours of sleep, I finally found a combination of oils that help me to regularly get 6-8 hours of sleep each night.

After several years of bio-identical progesterone use, my insomnia returned. Within a few weeks of using Progessence Plus together with Peace & Calming, I weaned myself from my Rx and went from sleeping 2-3 hours nightly to sleeping 5-6 hours nightly.

Then, with the addition of Copaiba, it is up to 7-8 hours regularly. This is after over a decade of chronic insomnia that was only minimally helped by the compounded prescription progesterone Rx.
