My 14 year old son sometimes will break out with an occasional blemish. We have found by applying one drop of the Purification essential oil blend to the spot before bed is helpful so that in most cases, it is almost gone in the morning. The entire face does not need the essential oil, just the spot.
He has a pretty clean diet. Junk foods are not high on our list. He washes twice a day with an organic coconut oil. I love the fact that we can use a healthy alternative other than the over-the-counter products.
Purification oil is a blend of Lemongrass, Rosemary, Melaleuca (Tea Tree), Myrtle, and Citronella.
