I suffered greatly from a bone spur years ago and got relief from the pain through stretching my calf muscle. When the pain re-surfaced a few years ago, I did the same stretching regimen but it didn't work this time. The pain kept increasing till I could hardly walk.

I thought maybe I had cracked a bone or something so I went to the emergency room and after x-rays they told me I did indeed have a bone spur. It was a very large one.

I began applying a couple of drops each of Idaho Balsam Fir, the RC oil blend, and Wintergreen to my heel, morning and night . It improved and was tolerable but wasn't getting well. Not until I added prayer.

First I asked God to relieve the heel discomfort and from then on I thanked Him for helping me. I continued to use the oils. It was gradual, over the course of the next month or so, but I obtained complete relief!

I thank God for the solution and I thank God for Young Living essential oils!
