Several years ago I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. The treatment was a CPAP machine. I tried to use it for 2 or 3 months but it did not help my problem so I sent it back. I knew my problem was a stuffy nose due to allergies but the CPAP machine did not help with that. The only time it bothered me was at night when I laid down to sleep.

I place a couple drops of Peppermint oil on my finger and gently rub the oil on the outside of each nostril. That does the trick, I sleep much better now.

This has also helped my snoring according to my husband. Now he says he hardly ever notices any snoring. Sometimes a tiny bit when I first go to sleep but not after that. A wonderful bonus of the Young Living Peppermint oil.
