Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

I was on a low dosage of blood pressure medicine for a couple of years when all of a sudden my pressure went up quite high 190/120. I used Lemon, Lavender and Jasmine on pressure points, around my heart and the bottoms of my feet.

I've used oils for years and had gotten lazy about applying these three for blood pressure. These were rubbed in thoroughly. The pressure went down about ten points. I did this every hour for a few hours and continue to use the oils twice a day now.

My pressure now runs about 120/70. I especially do the area around the heart and around the big toe on my left foot which is the heart reflex point.
