I've read in many books that people in earlier times used to catch the rain water to use for shampooing and rinsing their hair.

Then recently, I went to a hot springs spa and didn't wash the spring water, which is high in minerals from my hair. I simply blow dried it and styled it. WOW! What body and good manageability! Fabulous change for my straight, limp, fine hair.

So when I came home, I wanted to duplicate the water. I experimented by putting several dropperfuls of Mineral Essence into a medium spray bottle. It worked just the same as the mineral springs water from the spa! Wonderful turn around for my appearance.
