Each night I would go to bed and roll on my stomach. Then the bottoms of my feet would cramp up immediately. I tried different oils on the bottom of my feet, without relief. I found the inside of my lower legs along the shin bone were very tender, especially close to the knee. If I put deep pressure on the tender points close to the knee for 5-10 seconds, it would relieve the cramps somewhat.

I began to put Orthoease along the inner shin and tender muscles close to the shin. Relief was within a minute or two and lasted longer. Now, I go to bed many nights without cramps, before needing to use Orthoease again.
