Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Taking Clove oil mixed with coconut oil or olive oil in a capsule has helped me to clear yeast from my GI along with S. Boullardii probiotics.

I have read research stating the Clove oil is 75% more effective than the prescription drug Nystatin. It has definitely helped me. I have used Clove for 2 cycles of 14 days each.

I started out with 1 drop in the am and 1 drop at night before bed. I slowly increased this to 6 in the am and 6 at night before bed.

I did not notice that it was working until the 8th day of the first cycle. Once it worked its way into my system by the 8th day I experienced what is termed as a "yeast dump."

I have followed an antifungal diet for 7 months and used Inner Defense for 4 months. Clove is in Inner Defense, however, using Clove as a single oil was much more effective for me!

I took a 2 week break between both cycles without Clove. I used Spearmint during this time. I had success with Spearmint also, but it not as strong as Clove.

My long term goal is to reduce yeast overgrowth, heal my intestines and then to reduce the amount of food allergies I have.
