Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I never had an allergy to pets, but my sisters dog is the only dog I seem to have the wheezing, throat scratching, eye rubbing and the ear itching. It was interesting to me because she has the same type of dog I had as a child.

It was a poodle, that poodle was my favorite dog back in the day, I never quite got attached to any other animal like I did that poodle. So I am now of the belief that perhaps the allergy is an emotional reaction more so then a physical reaction. Whatever the cause it is a nuisance.

So I decided to read up on allergies in the essential oils reference book and when I did I was excited to hear that one of the oils useful in alleviating these symptoms was Lavender, mainly because I was in Atlanta away from home and had a limited amount of my oils on me.

I put a drop of Lavender oil around my eyes and behind my back and as long as I had it on me the wheezing stopped, throat scratching ceased and the eye rubbing and ear itching stopped.

Now it is a must have oil whenever I visit my sister.
