Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

My husband has been diagnosed with severe Bipolar 1. For almost 10 years, I've tried to help him balance his life experience. At various times in the past, I have tried to help other people know which oils and which Young Living supplements are great for bipolar control. Now I feel I have several good things to share on that subject.

After much experimentation, we can easily take him out of depression. For that we use Master His vitamins (2 tablets twice a day with meals) and ImmunoPro (3 times a day with meals). We also take 1 Essentialzyme between meals because his digestion has been POOR.

The hardest thing to do is keep him out of mania. So when he gets to feeling too good, I withdraw the vitamins and keep on with the ImmunoPro and increase the Essentialzyme.

As for particular oils, we use a huge variety of oils in our lives, mostly for pain and for purification of our air. So we diffuse and we use the oils topically. I can discern no particular oil that controls bipolar mood swings. I CAN discern that diffusing and topically using and ingesting the oils every day has a good balancing and soothing effect on our lives for the both of us.

I highly recommend using a large variety of oils and supplements from Young Living to experiment with bipolar mood swings. Each person's body is different.

We also use NingXia Red juice freely. It comforts him, to say the least. It's a source of valuable nutrients for a man whose digestive system needs help.

Bipolar disorder and the gut are connected directly.
