Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

My 16 year old dog Missy, who is in her first stages of kidney failure, with pancreatitis and being blind in all but one half of an eye and having vestibular disease on top of all of that, has a seemingly new lease on life since I started giving her a packet of NingXia Red juice every day.

She had gone from 23 pounds down to 17 pounds and everything she ate gave her diarrhea. Now she is up to 22 pounds, regular stools, eating, drinking, urinating all normal and a seemingly endless supply of puppy-like energy on top of everything else.

I can't wait for the K & B tincture to come with my next order to try that on her as well. I would have been lost without the Peace & Calming oil blend on her during our recent bout with no electricity for 5 days because of the storm that hit the east coast.

Also, I have lost six pounds since putting myself on two packets of NingXia Red a day, in addition to a difference in my blood sugar levels stabilizing to a more normal level.

I love my oils and I am so excited with each new discovery that works and confirms once again that I am on the right path for my health.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: puppy-/-dog-/-canine,vestibular-disorder — "Idiopathic vestibular syndrome is the most common cause of peripheral vestibular disease in dogs and, despite its dramatic clinical presentation, can improve without intervention."Link
2.Associated topics: diarrhea-/-loose-stools — "A 4 weeks treatment with peppermint oil improves abdominal symptoms in patients with irritable bowel syndrome.... The symptoms evaluated were: abdominal bloating, abdominal pain or discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, feeling of incomplete evacuation, pain at defecation, passage of gas or mucus, and urgency at defecation."Link
3.Associated topics: blood-sugar — "Cinnamaldehyde [in cinnamon] has antihyperglycemic and antihyperlipidemic [cholesterol-lowering] actions in db/db mice and could be useful in the treatment of type-2 diabetes."Link
4.Associated topics: blood-sugar — "D-limonene is a major constituent in citrus essential oil.... Recently, d-limonene has been reported to alleviate fatty liver induced by a high-fat diet. Our data suggest that the intake of d-limonene may benefit patients with dyslipidemia and hyperglycemia and is a potential dietary supplement for preventing and ameliorating metabolic disorders."Link
5.Associated topics: weight-loss — "Z. officinale [ginger] has been used to control diabetes and dyslipidemia [high cholesterol].... The marked rise in body weights, glucose, insulin, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, free fatty acids and phospholipids in serum of the rats that followed 6 weeks of high-fat diet treatment were significantly reduced by Z. officinale treatment.... The present results provide scientific evidence to substantiate the traditional use of Z. officinale in preventing metabolic disorders."Link
6.Associated topics: kidney-disease — "Many plant extracts that protect against the development of oxidative stress manifest clear antilithiasic activity [preventing the formation of or relieving the symptoms of kidney stones].... Evidence obtained to date supports a contributory role of polyphenols [present in essential oils] in the prevention of cardiovascular disease, some cancer types, and osteoporosis.... The results show an improvement of the renal function in some treated groups with an increase of diuresis and creatinine excretion due to polyphenols pretreatment. Our results clearly validate the ability of polyphenols to protect against papillary calcification of kidney tissue, consequently preventing the development of papillary calculi [kidney stones].... The collective findings to date support a protective effect of polyphenols on kidney tissue. Thus, considering that injury of papillary tissue constitutes the first step in the development of COM papillary calculi, the antioxidant action of polyphenols may contribute significantly to their antilithiasic action."Link
7.Associated topics: diarrhea-/-loose-stools — "In traditional folk medicine, tarragon [Artemisia dracunculus L. (Asteraceae)] has been used for treatment of pain and gastrointestinal disturbances.... This study reported the peripheral and central antinociceptive activity of the EOAD [essential oil of A. dracunculus] and rationalized the traditional use of the plant in the treatment of different painful conditions."Link
8.Associated topics: puppy-/-dog-/-canine — "[T]opical fatty acids and essential oils are a useful treatment option for canine atopic dermatitis."Link
