I recently delved into the world of essential oils. I purchased Cinnamon leaf oil because of its warming properties; I had read some tips on how to remedy cold feet through Ayurvedic practices.

Basically, what I do every night is mix 2 drops of Cinnamon leaf oil with enough sesame oil to rub into both my feet (about 4 tablespoons or so) and cover with thick wool socks before going to sleep. I fall asleep pretty quickly and my feet stay warm all night!

Cinnamon leaf is also good for poor circulation- which is also a problem for me. I'm glad I discovered what these powerful plant extracts can do!
