Both our blood pressures have been rising for a while. I was prescribed 20ml of Lisinopril and Craig was on 40ml a day. I looked up blood pressure to see what essential oils were suggested to possibly help.
For us it turns out a couple drops of dill essential oil on the wrists and a little nutmeg up the underside of the left arm keep it regulated. I am now off the medicine completely and am still maintaining good blood pressure; my husband is down to 10ml of the Lisinopril and still improving.
By the way, dill has a nice extra perk for me, it curbs my chocolate cravings.
