My son has had chronic ear infections for his entire life. He is 13 now and still gets one or two a year. Before I knew anything about oils I would take him to the doctor and he would be on a series of strong antibiotics and sometimes they didn't even work at all! He had tubes put in twice and still got infections.
I have used oils on myself and my family for two years now. They are a gift from God, and I don't use that phrase often or lightly. We are healthier, happier, and more self-sufficient.
When my son gets an ear infection we mix 50/50 Thieves blend with organic olive oil. I swab it around the OUTER ear and rip a small piece of cotton and lightly place it just inside his ear opening. I give him capsules filled with 3 drops each of Oregano, Frankincense oil, and Lemon oil for at least five days to a week. The pain is gone within 24 hrs and infection gone very soon after that. I use an otoscope for checking into the ear canal.
I am a distributor, but I never preach about oils. I always encourage people to do their own research.
