Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Eighteen months ago, I moved into an old trailer. It had mice and roaches, but poison quickly controlled them. At the time, I was not actively using a lot of oils. I had viewed them as only a novelty.

Last month, I noticed mice droppings, and attempted to use the poison again, but the mice ignored it. They seemed to be everywhere, including the bedrooms! We heard and saw the bold animals nightly! My daughters were about to consider them pets.

Recently, I have become more involved in studying oil treatments for my ailments and used Peppermint and Lemongrass on my body, and diffused Thieves in the living room.

One night, I may have overused Peppermint, because my daughter complained that I reeked of it. Later in the night, I had to go to the toilet and walked through the kitchen in the dark. I heard a lot of scurrying, like a stampede of tiny feet! It started around the appliances, continued into the pantry, and proceeded through the walls. The sound continued for several minutes. I flipped on the light, but saw nothing. As I said, the sound continued for several minutes through the walls.

On the wall outside the kitchen, I found a small hole that connected to the pantry. I have neither seen nor heard a mouse since that night.
