Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

For about 20 years I took a beta blocker for irregular heart beat. For awhile it was Atenolol and then Toprol XL. Also until about 6 week ago I was on Diovan HCT, a medication to lower BP and it caused my body to excrete more fluids through the kidneys.

About a week and a half ago I was told by my doctor that I can stop all BP medications! Yesterday my BP was 105/69! In the past my BP was as high as 180/110! Also my thyroid goiter is smaller, my energy is better and my brain less "foggy!"

I take NingXia Red juice, 1 ounce a day with a drop each of Sacred Frankincense, Cinnamon Bark, Clove, and Bergamot. I apply a drop or two of Frankincense to my forehead and base of skull. I use a natural sea salt that has natural iodine in it as well as other minerals. I also use Mineral Essence and Detoxzyme, and OmegaGize.

I have seen improvements in blood pressure over about 90 days.

At the behavioral level, subjects in the ylang ylang oil group rated themselves more calm and more relaxed than subjects in the control group. These findings are likely to represent a relaxing effect of the ylang ylang oil and provide some evidence for the usage of the ylang ylang oil in aromatherapy such as causing a relief of depression and stress in humans."Link
3.Associated topics: hypertension,blood-pressure — "Lavender essential oil has been used as an anxiolytic [anxiety] drug, a mood stabilizer, a sedative, spasmolytic [muscle spasms], antihypertensive [high blood pressure], antimicrobial, analgesic [pain] agent as well as a wound healing accelerator.... 4.Associated topics: heart,hypothyroidism-(Low-Activity) — "Myrtle oil (MO) exerts hypoglycemic as well as mild hypotriglyceridemic activity in diabetic animals. The reduction in blood glucose level may be due to the reversible inhibition of alpha-glucosidases present in the brush-border of the small intestinal mucosa, higher rate of glycolysis as envisaged by the higher activity of glucokinase, as one of the key enzymes of glycolysis, and enhanced rate of glycogenesis as evidenced by the higher amount of liver glycogen present after MO administration."Link
5.Associated topics: heart,blood-pressure — "[I]dentifying... the effects of YYA [ylang ylang aroma] on blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR) is important in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of YYA. The present results demonstrated that inhalation of YYA significantly decreased the systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Inhalation of YYA also significantly decreased the HRs in 10 leads.... In the present results, YYA caused a reduction of HR and BP, and a relief of the arousal level in healthy men.
