My client Lara, while gardening outside, got poison ivy on her. Unfortunately it spread to her legs and ended up covering her upper legs in a bad rash.
After she recovered from the horrible itching, I worked with Sage essential oil to clear the energy of the ivy away from her and her energy field. I applied two drops to each leg, and feather stroked it in the area of where the rash was. Then I had her breathe in the aroma of the Sage oil.
Finally I applied a drop or two of Sage oil to my hands and, with gentle movements and soft hands, I started at her head a foot above her body and "combed her aura" to her feet. She was very grateful.
