Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

My 12 year old has such severe seasonal allergies that he has taken both Singulair and Zyrtec together for the past two and a half years in order to alleviate his allergy symptoms. His medication, after insurance was still costing between $50-$60 per month. With one drop of Lavender under his tongue each morning, all of his symptoms are alleviated for the entire day. It's been an incredible natural antihistamine.

I have very sensitive sinuses and a variety of allergies as well, although mine are not as consistent as my son's. One drop of Lavender under my tongue when I start to experience symptoms has stopped them in their tracks as well.

Also, when I start to feel sinus pressure of any kind (typically allergy related), I immediately use Peppermint oil, diluted with olive oil per the instructions on the bottle and rub it over my sinuses. I experience complete clearing of my sinuses within about 30 minutes.
