If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Migraines (with nausea)

* Add 1 drop Rosewood to the above and apply

* 1 drop Lavender
* 1 drop Peppermint
* Dilute and apply as above

* 1 drop Lavender
* 1 drop Peppermint
* 1 drop Eucalyptus Radiata (headache specific/analgesic for sinus pain/decongestant/diuretic)
* 1 drop Rosemary (headache specific/diuretic)
* Dilute and apply as above, include up the nostrils, down and under the cheek bone, down the jaw and behind the ear.

Muscle Related

* 1 drop Helichrysum (anti-inflammatory)
