Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.
Young Livings Ortho Ease is great as a carrier for muscle aches. After a game or practice, before bed I would rub Ortho Ease and add some other muscle oils like Marjoram and Wintergreen to help relieve muscle pains.
I would spend time rubbing this oil into the spot so that blood is brought to the location. Normally I would use a cap full of Ortho Ease and about 5 drops of each oil before getting into bed. Sometimes adding Lavender will help relax the muscles for sleep as well.
Hard to reach places would ask somebody to rub it in or take a bath with epson salt, himalayan salt, Ortho Ease or coco oil, plus any other oils you like.
Lemongrass is great to add for pulled muscles and repairing connective tissue. Great for long term injuries like sprained or torn acl's etc
