I have been using Wintergreen oil for sore, stiff, burning, and aching muscles.

I have Parkinson's Disease and have times when I overwork muscle groups.

I have found that mixing the Wintergreen oil with V-6 for large areas works best. A 10% guideline for dilution is 30 drops of oil to one tablespoon of carrier oil.

Wintergreen oil contains 85-95% methyl salicylate and can penetrate deep within the body so is excellent for muscles and is very soothing.
