In an effort to create more healthy habits I've tried for months to cut out my morning cup of coffee. I'd make it for a few days and then start again.
For different reasons altogether I started adding a few drops of the Citrus Fresh oil blend to my drinking water every day. After about 2 weeks my coffee cravings were completely gone. Not just gone...after making a cup one morning I tried to drink it, but it tasted horrible. Instead, a big glass of water or a cup of tea are far more enjoyable.
Plus, all that Citrus Fresh has been a great appetite suppressant too!
