Recently I had a severe sciatica condition on my right side. I had intense pain that ran down the entire length of my leg. (Something like a very bad toothache!) It started in my lower back and worked its way down.

I put 3 drops of Valerian oil and 3 drops of Lemon-Myrtle oil on the reflexology points on the heels of my feet. Within 10 minutes I noticed some relief.

The next morning the sciatica issue was completely cleared up. Since then, I have not had a reoccurring of the problem.
