Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have really enjoyed bringing in the Raindrop Technique to my practice, it's been a blessing to my clients and all have enjoyed the process and felt physically more flexible and relaxed.

The oils are very powerful and one client said that she had a couple of days laying low as she felt the process had taken her into a detox. Drinking plenty of water regularly and relaxing as the oils do their work is important. Our bodies require time for rebalancing.

Here are some testimonials from my clients:
1 - I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you, I am very glad I met you, and that I chose to come to you for help for different problems since 2009. Thank you for all your words of encouragement, strength and gratitude and the work you are doing with me with the Raindrop Technique.

It has been a blessing and I finally feel like the top of the cocoon has lifted, I do have a lot to work still to do and thank you for helping me with that. I just wanted to say thanks again. See you next in March. Blessings Melissa
2 - I have been seeing Angela for Raindrop Technique treatments over the past month and have noticed that I feel much happier, like the sun is shining and that my life has more purpose. Michael

3 - From birth I have always had quite extreme asthma and from the age of 11 I have suffered from scoliosis and it's caused continuous back pain for me. Occasionally I will get anxiety attacks and it will cause me to stress and worry which then provokes my asthma. Since I started receiving Raindrop treatments from Angela my life has been completely different. My asthma has drastically improved as well as my back pain. After each treatment I feel relaxed, energized and motivated which definitely has an ongoing effect. I always look forward to my Raindrop Technique and always can't wait for the next one. Imogene

4 - I found the Raindrop Technique with Angela grounding and energizing in a time of stress. Each treatment I have had with her was different depending on what is going on in my life. The end result is always feeling revitalized, muscles relaxed, balanced and realigned. I highly recommend this wonderful and truly beneficial treatment. Natalie

5 - The Raindrop session with Angela was truly rejuvenating. It is a wonderful technique and I left feeling taller, stronger and more grounded. The effects have been long-lasting and I feel as though the beautiful oils continue to work on a deep and subtle level. Erin

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: emotions — "The present study indicated that lavender aromatherapy as a potential therapeutic modality could alleviate premenstrual emotional symptoms, which, at least in part, is attributable to the improvement of parasympathetic nervous system activity. This study further implies that HRV could evaluate the efficacy of aromatherapy using various fragrances to relieve premenstrual symptoms, and ultimately, support the mind and body health of women."Link
2.Associated topics: stress, anxiety — "After inhalation of clary sage oil, cortisol levels were significantly decreased.... Thyroid stimulating hormone was also reduced.... Clary sage oil has antidepressant-like effect...."Link
3.Associated topics: stress, anxiety — "Lavender, mint [peppermint], orange, rose, chamomile, rosemary, and sage were used.... Depression levels in the touch-music-aroma therapy group... showed a larger decrease than in the... control groups [that did not include aromatherapy].... [FMS] symptoms such as restless sleep, headache, morning fatigue, exhaustion, feeling like crying, and bowel complaints were also significantly reduced."Link
4.Associated topics: emotions, anxiety — "Beta-Caryophyllene [component of cannabis, clove, copaiba], a CB2 [cannabinoid] receptor agonist produces multiple behavioral changes relevant to anxiety and depression in mice.... these preclinical results suggest that CB2 receptors may provide alternative therapeutic targets for the treatment of anxiety and depression. The possibility that BCP may ameliorate the symptoms of these mood disorders offers exciting prospects for future studies."Link
5.Associated topics: stress, anxiety — "A number of essential oils are currently in use as aromatherapy agents to relieve anxiety, stress, and depression. Popular anxiolytic oils include lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), rose (Rosa damascena), orange (Citrus sinensis), bergamot (Citrus aurantium), lemon (Citrus limon), sandalwood (Santalum album), clary sage (Salvia sclarea), Roman chamomile (Anthemis nobilis), and rose-scented geranium (Pelargonium spp.)."Link
6.Associated topics: stress, anxiety — "Most studies, as well as clinically applied experience, have indicated that various essential oils, such as lavender, lemon and bergamot can help to relieve stress, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. Most notably, inhalation of essential oils can communicate signals to the olfactory system and stimulate the brain to exert neurotransmitters (e.g. serotonin and dopamine), thereby further regulating mood."Link
7.Associated topics: stress, anxiety — "The ylang ylang oil caused a significant decrease of blood pressure and a significant increase of skin temperature. At the behavioral level, subjects in the ylang ylang oil group rated themselves more calm and more relaxed than subjects in the control group. These findings are likely to represent a relaxing effect of the ylang ylang oil and provide some evidence for the usage of the ylang ylang oil in aromatherapy such as causing a relief of depression and stress in humans."Link
8.Associated topics: emotions, stress, anxiety — "Lavender essential oil has been used as an anxiolytic [anxiety] drug, a mood stabilizer, a sedative, spasmolytic [muscle spasms], antihypertensive [high blood pressure], antimicrobial, analgesic [pain] agent as well as a wound healing accelerator.... The present study suggests that inhalation of lavender essential oil may be an effective and safe treatment modality in acute management of migraine headaches."Link
