I know we've all had this and can relate.

Your trying to get to sleep and your significant other is sawing logs in their sleep. This happened to me and the snoring was so loud that I knew sleep was not going to happen.

I grabbed my essential oil reference book and looked up snoring and the only remedy was Thyme essential oil. I happened to have a Raindrop Kit around and put a couple of drops on my hand and rubbed them on my husbands feet...ever so gently so I didn't wake him.

To my amazement, his breathing changed from chainsaw snores to a light audible breath in under 3 minutes. I shared this discovery with him in the morning and we decided to try this out over a week. To his amazement, he was getting a good nights sleep and woke up refreshed.

Now we have found that he doesn't snore as much as he used to. My family calls it the magic snoring oil. I highly recommend getting a roller ball attachment for a bottle, cutting the Thyme (4-5 drops) with some olive oil or other carrier oil and adding to the bottle. This makes putting the oil on your feet before bed easier without worry of rubbing the oil in your eyes while you sleep.
