Unless you have experienced a panic attack, it's difficult to imagine how upset you become. When my latest one came on, I went to the testimonial page to see what to do. I didn't have all the oils mentioned but used Frankincense, Aroma Life, Valor, Gentle Baby and Lavender.

First I started with the bottoms of my feet using Aroma life and Valor. Then I applied a few drops of Frankincense, Valor and Aroma Life on my chest and Lavender and Gentle Baby on my neck. I keep the oils in alphabetical order in a plastic box next to my bed.

After applying these oils, I tried to relax. I put Lavender and Rosewood in the diffuser and had a peaceful night's sleep.
