Displaced Meniscus In My Right Knee

For about a year I'd been having sudden shooting pain in my right knee when standing with the knee out to a 45 degree angle, or when turning...normal activities. I'd tried chiropractic care for a year to no avail. I did not know what it was, and was on the verge of going to get an expensive MRI and hospital care.

It occurred to me to try the oils. So, first I layered 2-3 drops each of Wintergreen on the knee, then Cypress, Spruce and Fir. I topped it off with Copaiba to drive it in. I did this twice a day.

By day two in the afternoon, sitting at my desk, I suddenly felt a strange sensation, like something was shifting inside of my knee! It felt a sort of a "ka-thunk". This repeated itself about 3-4 times for the rest of the day.

After that day, my pain is gone...completely! I was astonished. I always thought of the oils providing subtle support, but there was NOTHING subtle about this.

Although I am not a doctor, I believe my meniscus was dislocated...not torn, and that the oils helped it to "relocate" so to speak, back where it ought to be.

The knee is still a little unstable, but it has improved a lot, and there is no more pain.
