I had issues with sleeping, and when I did sleep I had bad nightmares and clenched my teeth. An "angel" introduced me to Young Living's Lavender Oil and it has changed my life!

I diffuse the Lavender Oil starting about a half an hour before I want to fall asleep (if I had a particularly terrible day I also put a drop on the back of my neck and base of my spine). The first night that I did this routine I didn't have nightmares, and I haven't had any since (as long as I diffuse the Lavender).

Now when I wake up in the morning my jaw does not hurt from clenching and I wake up in a better mood because the bad dreams are gone.

One night I stayed at a friend's house and didn't take my oils. I woke up violently from a horrible dream shaking and breathing heavy. Now I don't go anywhere without my oils.

Soon I hope to be off the Ambien and using only oils!
