As I have aged, I find that standing for any length of time makes my legs extremely fatigued. Let me qualify that statement with a time frame of approximately three hours. Examples would be fixing dinner and working around the house. Tasks that have some movement but those that require a lot of standing.

Drinking my NingXia provides tremendous relief. When I neglect my routine, I notice that the problem returns and when I become consistent with taking about two ounces a day, the problem is greatly alleviated. It took me a long time to pinpoint the correlation, but after it kept occurring, that is the conclusion I reached.
