Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I've been using essential oils for a little over a year. I continue to be amazed at the power of the oils. They have had a dramatic increase in my sense of well-being.

I had been a highly emotionally charged person and emotions prevailed in my thoughts and behavior. I have had good results using the Joy, Clarity, and Brain Power oil blends. My life is now so clear to me and I am no longer on an emotional roller-coaster. What a relief!

I sleep better, things don't bother me much and I now know I am much more than my thoughts. I reject negative thoughts and hang out with people who also want to enjoy life, instead of complaining about everything. I am enthusiastic, happy and look forward to new experiences.

I've also shared my oils with my family with great success. My daughter, age 30 had warts on her knees for several years and tried an over the counter product that left her with scars. I did some reading (before I learned about this great website) and mixed her up some Helichrysum diluted with vegetable oil. She applied it 2-3 times a day and within 10 days the warts were gone and scarring has faded. She is overjoyed about the results.

She also had a fussy new baby. I mixed up a blend of Roman Chamomile, the Peace & Calming oil blend and Lavender, diluted with vegetable oil. My daughter applied the mix to the baby's tummy and back 3-4 times a day, and it seemed to calm her fussiness.

When her two older children, ages 4 and 5 get overtired and irritable, she also uses Peace & Calming. The children think it's great fun to put on grandma's oil stuff.

I am so grateful for this website and most recently inquired about what others had used for hot flashes. I am passionate about my oils.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: emotions-/-feelings — "The present study indicated that lavender aromatherapy as a potential therapeutic modality could alleviate premenstrual emotional symptoms, which, at least in part, is attributable to the improvement of parasympathetic nervous system activity. This study further implies that HRV could evaluate the efficacy of aromatherapy using various fragrances to relieve premenstrual symptoms, and ultimately, support the mind and body health of women."Link
2.Associated topics: emotions-/-feelings — "Beta-Caryophyllene [component of cannabis, clove, copaiba], a CB2 [cannabinoid] receptor agonist produces multiple behavioral changes relevant to anxiety and depression in mice.... these preclinical results suggest that CB2 receptors may provide alternative therapeutic targets for the treatment of anxiety and depression. The possibility that BCP may ameliorate the symptoms of these mood disorders offers exciting prospects for future studies."Link
3.Associated topics: emotions-/-feelings — "Lavender essential oil has been used as an anxiolytic [anxiety] drug, a mood stabilizer, a sedative, spasmolytic [muscle spasms], antihypertensive [high blood pressure], antimicrobial, analgesic [pain] agent as well as a wound healing accelerator.... 4.Associated topics: warts — "Essential oil of Australian lemon myrtle (Backhousia citriodora) [was effective] in the treatment of molluscum contagiosum in children."Link
5.Associated topics: scar-tissue — "[One] method employed for wound healing is the application of lavender oil. Due to its antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic properties, it is thought to prevent wound infections and to play a role in reducing pain by lowering inflammation.... Lavender oil is known to have antibacterial, antifungal, sedative, and/or antidepressant effects.... In addition to its antimicrobial effects, the anti-inflammatory analgesic properties of lavender oil have also been emphasized... The use of L. Angustifolia [lavender] is particularly recommended in chronically infected wounds due to its immune-stimulating and antimicrobial effects. There are also reports that lavender oil reduces scar tissue."Link
6.Associated topics: warts — "Tea tree oil (TTO) (Melaleuca alternifolia) has been used recently as an effective topical application for the treatment of skin infections due to a variety of aetiological microbial agents, including mainly bacterial infections. We detail... the successful treatment with TTO of a paediatric patient with warts on her right middle finger. TTO was applied topically once daily to the lesions for 12 days, with a successful outcome, including complete re-epithelization of the infected areas. The case highlights the potential use of TTO in the treatment of common warts due to human papilloma virus."Link
7.Associated topics: scar-tissue — "[A] pulverized mixture of four herbs including Agrimonia Eupatoria (A), Nelumbo Nucifera Gaertn (N), Boswellia Carteri (B) [Frankincense], and Pollen Typhae Angustifoliae (P)... was first described in Chinese canonical medicine about 2000 years ago for treatment of various trauma disorders, such as hemostasis [bleeding], anti-inflammatory, analgesia [pain], and wound healing, etc.... [W]e showed that local ANBP treatment not only significantly enhanced wound healing by relieving inflammation, increasing formation of granulation tissue, and accelerating re-epithelialization, but [it] also reduced scar formation by decreasing collagen production [and] protuberant height and volume of scars and [by] increasing collagen maturity.... [Results show that ANBP] promot[es] wound healing and alleviat[es] scar formation, which may be an effective therapy for human wounds at the earliest stage."Link
