I always have the most difficult time falling asleep. I can go to bed at 10 or 11 pm and still be up with my mind racing at midnight - 1 am, 2 am, it is very annoying!

Then I started using a few drops of Valor oil blend at night. I would rub it on the bottoms of my feet, put some on my wrists, temples and forehead.

I was falling asleep so quickly and I am now getting a GREAT nights sleep and I am much happier in the morning!
