My daughter is in a marathon class and had progressed up to running 6 miles per day.

Then one day she hurt herself and could barely walk. A x-ray did not show the problem but the doctor said it was a torn achilles tendon and that she could not run or walk for 6 weeks or more.

So she got a splint and started using crutches. We started applying several drops of Peppermint and Palo Santo oils, along with the Valor and PanAway oil blends. She also slathered on much Ortho Sport Massage Oil to the afflicted area.

In a week she could walk with minimal pain. Running did take longer of course. It still was an amazing recovery!

She is totally convinced it was the oils that lead to the rapid results, and told me to post her experience on this website to encourage others.
