Last year in the Fall, I started snoring. I hated that, because it started waking ME up. Ha, it is hard to get away from yourself at night, so it was irritating.

Not long after that started I learned about the oils and that you can put Thyme on the bottom of your feet to stop snoring. Well, I had the oil, so figured I might as well try it. It worked the same night and has ever since. I never wake myself up anymore, and have been told I no longer snore. Yeah, nothing like a good night's sleep.
