Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have a degenerated disc as well as the usual occasional backache from over-exertion, etc. I tried a few other oils first, without relief, but I finally found my personal "Rx" for pain relief: Basil, Rosemary & Valor (Valor "drives in" the oils). If I have my husband put them on my back (and sometimes my neck, too) 2-4 nights in a row, I can then go several days (PAIN-FREE) without needing any oils on my back.
Depending on what has caused my back pain - most of the time the oils do NOT work immediately. It requires the repeated nightly application. If it's just from sitting at the computer or something like that, Deep Relief ROLL-ON will usually take care of that kind or pain within a few minutes) But for my long-existing back pain it takes the 2-4 consecutive nights of application of the oils listed above and then by the 3rd - 5th morning I wake up and realize the pain is finally gone - not just lessened, but GONE.

No pharmaceutical has EVER completely gotten rid of my back pain. I am actually hopeful that there is regeneration happening, as I am now enjoying longer and longer spans of pain-free days.

Oftentimes these same oils (applied at my temples and on either side of my spine at the neck) work for me for a headache as well. If it is a "bad" one, I put the oils in a capsule and ingest them in addition to the topical application.

Until I found Young Living Essential Oils, I had not been pain-free in my back in decades.
