Recently my mother dropped by my office for it was close and she needed help. She was having a full blown asthma attack.
I had her sit down and instantly rubbed the RC oil blend on her upper chest and back. Also a couple drops in her hands rubbed together and told her to close her eyes and breathe deeply.
Her breathing regulated within 5 minutes and she was fine without even wheezing. Her meds would usually take up to 30 minutes to take effect.
She now carries a bottle in her purse in place of the inhaler.
