If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Buyer beware.

I have to tell you all about my husband's blood pressure. After 20 years of being on blood pressure meds, he is totally off of them. I went with him to the doctor last week, they checked his blood pressure and it was 122/82. I was very happy with that considering he had not taken a single pill for 6 weeks.

So I told the doctor he had been off of the pills for that long, and she immediately said "We better check that again and this time in both arms." So she did and it came up the same each time.

I was privately rejoicing about it, but would you believe the doctor actually said,"Well we really would like the lower number to be 80." HaHaHa, if she thinks he would take the meds with all the side effects for those 2 points on the lower number she is out of her mind. Anyway, just figured I would share that with you all.

He had the A1C test done too. That one is to check how your blood sugar is. There are 2 tests that he takes, one is the daily test (prick your finger) and the other is the one the doctors do every 3 months.

His daily test was fine most days but the other one shows an average for the last 3 months. (Don't ask me how one test does an average) Anyway I understand the normal range is 4-6 and his came back 5.3, completely in the NORMAL range.

He takes one ounce of NingXia Red juice and puts a capsule of Longevity Oil on his feet. He also drinks several bottles of water with different citrus oils in it, which are Orange, Lemon or Grapefruit. He uses Oregano on a wart every day, so that may also be doing something internally.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: hypertension,blood-pressure — "The ylang ylang oil caused a significant decrease of blood pressure and a significant increase of skin temperature. At the behavioral level, subjects in the ylang ylang oil group rated themselves more calm and more relaxed than subjects in the control group. These findings are likely to represent a relaxing effect of the ylang ylang oil and provide some evidence for the usage of the ylang ylang oil in aromatherapy such as causing a relief of depression and stress in humans."Link
2.Associated topics: hypertension,blood-pressure — "Lavender essential oil has been used as an anxiolytic [anxiety] drug, a mood stabilizer, a sedative, spasmolytic [muscle spasms], antihypertensive [high blood pressure], antimicrobial, analgesic [pain] agent as well as a wound healing accelerator.... The present study suggests that inhalation of lavender essential oil may be an effective and safe treatment modality in acute management of migraine headaches."Link
3.Associated topics: blood-sugar,blood — "Cinnamaldehyde [in cinnamon] has antihyperglycemic and antihyperlipidemic [cholesterol-lowering] actions in db/db mice and could be useful in the treatment of type-2 diabetes."Link
4.Associated topics: blood-sugar,blood — "D-limonene is a major constituent in citrus essential oil.... Recently, d-limonene has been reported to alleviate fatty liver induced by a high-fat diet. Our data suggest that the intake of d-limonene may benefit patients with dyslipidemia and hyperglycemia and is a potential dietary supplement for preventing and ameliorating metabolic disorders."Link
5.Associated topics: heart — "Myrtle oil (MO) exerts hypoglycemic as well as mild hypotriglyceridemic activity in diabetic animals. The reduction in blood glucose level may be due to the reversible inhibition of alpha-glucosidases present in the brush-border of the small intestinal mucosa, higher rate of glycolysis as envisaged by the higher activity of glucokinase, as one of the key enzymes of glycolysis, and enhanced rate of glycogenesis as evidenced by the higher amount of liver glycogen present after MO administration."Link
6.Associated topics: heart,blood-pressure — "[I]dentifying... the effects of YYA [ylang ylang aroma] on blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR) is important in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of YYA. The present results demonstrated that inhalation of YYA significantly decreased the systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Inhalation of YYA also significantly decreased the HRs in 10 leads.... In the present results, YYA caused a reduction of HR and BP, and a relief of the arousal level in healthy men. The present results show a sedative effect of YYA, and this study provides some evidences for the usage of YYA [as a] medicinal agent."Link
7.Associated topics: heart,hypertension,blood-pressure — "Aromatherapy... [consisting of] a blend of oils of lemon (Citrus limonum), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), and ylang ylang (Cananga odorata)... is effective in lowering systolic blood pressure and sympathetic nerve system activity... of heart rate variability."Link
