Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have been using Young Living Essential Oils for the past 3 years. I was a teacher for 38 years and was sick every winter. I was at the doctor's office at least 3-4 times with sore throat, infected sinuses, colds and flu. I missed many Xmas dinners with my family because I was so sick!

The Young Living Essential Oils have given me a new healthy solution for prevention all of those old winter illnesses that I had before. Through Young Living Essential Oils, whenever I feel a cold, flu or bacterial infection coming on, I immediately start my routine of ingesting them.

First, I must say that in winter, I don't leave home without my bottle of the Thieves Oil blend. Every morning and night, I drop a couple of drops on my tongue to help keep the virus, and bacteria at bay. When I happen to be around people who are obviously sick, I drop more drops on my tongue throughout the day.

I then drop 4-5 drops of Frankincense oil, along with 4-5 drops of Oregano in a 00 size capsule. You can buy them at the local health food store.

I drop 3 drops of Ravensara or Thieves in about 2 tablespoons of water and swish the mixture all around the inside of my mouth for 1-3 minutes, gargle and swallow.

If the bug is trying to really get a hold, I drop 4-5 drops of the ImmuPower oil blend in a 00 capsule and take at the same time as the Frankincense oil and Oregano.

I haven't caught the flu, viruses or colds for the past 2 years, and I intend to keep it that way.

Many Young Living essential oil users have found their own remedy for preventing these conditions. This is my own discovery and it definitely works for me!
