Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
Whenever I have a sticky residue to remove I always grab my Lemon oil. In the past couple of months I have used it to remove gum from the bottom of boot treads by dropping 3 drops of oil on gum, letting it sit for a few minutes and then pulling it right off.
Also, my husband had bandages on for a couple of weeks and after removal, I applied Lemon oil to take off sticky residue.
Then, I had metal utensils with tags on them that didn't peel off or come off in the dishwasher. I used Lemon oil once again to rub off the tag and glue. I recommend it for any type of stain or sticky substance!
