Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I had tried the original Lavender shampoo which wasn't bad but seemed to bring out the gray in my hair. When Young Living changed to the newer Copaiba Vanilla Moisturizing Shampoo, and I ran out of the Lavender Shampoo before the new one arrived, I decided to try the Lavender Bath & Shower Gel instead.

I liked it better than either shampoo I had tried previously. It isn't touted as a shampoo, but for my naturally wavy, salt and pepper hair it works very nicely (does not bring out my gray highlights).

It is summertime, so maybe this will change during the winter season, but I have found it very pleasant as a shampoo, not just a body wash.
