Doctors gave my great dane 3-6 months to live because of chronic renal failure. I decided to treat her with the oils to see if it could help. I put one drop of Thyme on her food for about 10 days.
We did lower the amount of protein in her diet and give her more natural forms of protein, chicken and eggs because she had lost 17 lbs.
She started to gain the weight back. I also put Juniper on her kidneys. Went for a follow up visit 9 months later. The vet asked how she was doing and I told her how I treated the dog. She looked at me like I was crazy.
She did follow up blood work and said her kidneys were completely better than the last time she was there. It is almost a year now and she is still with us.
