After listening to a Young Living radio program that suggested to start out with 1 oil for 1 week and see if you notice any difference anywhere. So I started with Myrtle to support my thyroid. Or so I thought.

I have had weak and painful legs and knees for over 4 years. I take hyaloronic acid and glucosamine/chondroiton with some help, but almost immediately after applying the Myrtle to the bottom of my feet and big toes the legs and knees gained much strength and the pain was not there.

I used it for 3 weeks and then went off for 3 days to test and by the end of the 3rd day was miserable and applied the myrtle as before and immediately had total improvement.

Don't know how this is effecting my legs and knees (possibly helping the thyroid may cause a change there, I don't know), I just know that it is and I won't be without it anymore. Thank you Young Living!
