When ever I'm really wound-up at bedtime and it seems like I might have a hard time falling asleep I apply Peace & Calming to the inside of my ankles (Accupressure point for sleep) , Tranquil roll-on to both coroded arties (neck) and Ruta-Vala to my axis on the top of the spine (between the top of the spine and skull) work them all in with Vita-flex technique. Then I bring my hands into a cup and place them around my noise and fall asleep just like that.
