I tend to produce kidney stones during pregnancy. I have actually passed over 20 stones throughout my 4 pregnancies!
When my youngest son was two years old, I started adding a drop of Lemon essential oil in my water glass 1 to 2 times per day.
After two weeks of this protocol, my body excreted a kidney stone. I had no idea that there were still more stones floating around inside me until the day I passed this one.
Now I use Lemon essential oil in my water regularly to help prevent any more stones from forming.
