I carry my oils everywhere with me, which has proven to be a wise idea many times.

One day a friend at church was not feeling well because his acid reflux was really bothering him. He mentioned that nothing he took was easing his pain. I told him I had something that might give him some relief.

He agreed to learn more, so I put one drop of Peppermint oil in a glass of water and had him drink it down.

He came to me later and said that he felt much better.
