Recently my husband and I were traveling with a car that we had rented. While we were parked, another larger vehicle hit the back fender and the bumper. There was no structure damage, but lots of paint transfer. We knew we couldn't return the car looking this way as it appeared like we had been in an accident. So we purchased a sponge that had a fine mesh/net covering and use straight essential oil of Lemon. All the paint that shouldn't have been on the car and bumper came off immediately and there was no damage to the finish of the rental car.

We now use the Lemon oil on our own cars when people in parking lots bang their car doors into our car and leave a mark.
