I know that Lemongrass is recommended for carpal tunnel, but I only had Lemon oil in the house. The intense pain was keeping me awake at night. I applied the Lemon oil directly onto my wrist and the pain was gone in just a few minutes.
After applying the Lemon oil, it stopped hurting for several weeks, but with a busy schedule on the computer at work, it came back. I applied the Lemon oil again and again the pain left.
I'm going to order Lemongrass and see if that works also.
