Six months ago my eye doctor tested me and said cataracts had advanced, my eyesight would dim and I would probably need surgery within a year.

I asked for 6 months to aggressively commit to using NingXia Red juice 4-6 oz daily, also with Frankincense oil, being careful to apply all around my eyes, forehead and temples.

My next check up was thrilling. I now have 20-25 vision, cataracts have improved with the loss of a white "ring" that has disappeared. I'll keep doing what I am doing!
