My lower back really starts to ache when I don't follow the guideline to "lift with your legs!" I tried the PanAway oil blend with little relief and then got out my OrthoEase Massage Oil! Within minutes my back ache lessened and that night applied again and then put on a warm compress. This morning it is almost all gone!
I also used OrthoEase on my son's horse who was kicked in the knee. It had been swollen for days and when we brought him home I applied a few drops daily and within two days the swelling was gone and he was no longer tender to the touch!
I also sprayed a blend of Peppermint and the Purification oil blend, (in a 4 oz spray bottle of water add 5 drops of each oil) which is what I also spray on my sons for a bug repellent to keep the flies away. My son's horse really seemed to enjoy both!
