Many believe that oils are harmful for birds, so I thought I would share my story.
We have a Parrot and a cockatiel in our home. We use and diffuse many oils, even clean with the Thieves Household Cleaner. When some are like peppermint are used the parrot does sing and talk more. When company comes and she decides to jabber LOUD, we have opened Peace and Calming and sat it by her cage for a short time, and she calms right down.

We have used Young Living oils for 11 years and the parrot is 19, the cockatiel 5.
