I would like to share a testimonial about my husband's oral bone spur. My husband had excruciating pain in his lower jaw next to a molar. We thought that his pain might be from an abscessed molar.

His dentist told him that he did not have an abscess but that it was a bone spur growing on the lower jaw inside his mouth. The dentist referred him to an oral surgeon for the removal of the spur. The oral surgeon did not have any appointments for over a week.

After some research we decided to try the RC oil blend and Idaho Balsam Fir 3-4 times a day inside his mouth (over the spur) and over the outside of his lower jaw. He was also taking a drop of Ocotea plus two drops of Copaiba 3-4 times a day under the tongue. He also took about 10 magnesium a day plus 10 alfalfa capsules.

By the end of the 3rd week he was pain free and the bone spur was no longer protruding. He only had a small sore were the bone spur was, when the oral surgeon checked him on his second visit.

He said the bone spur was gone, no need for surgery. He said that it probably came through the skin and fell out. He gave my husband a script for antibiotics and an antiseptic mouthwash (which we threw out).

My husband believes that the bone spur just dissolved because he never felt anything hard in his mouth fall out. He was in excruciating pain for almost 2 1/2 weeks, but now completely pain free.

I have him using Young Living mouthwash to help take care of the sore that was left behind.

jaw-pain - "Both clove and benzocaine gels had significantly lower mean pain scores than placebos. No significant difference was observed between clove and benzocaine regarding pain scores. Clove gel might possess a potential to replace benzocaine as a topical [anesthetic] agent before needle insertion."Link
